15 Flash Preloaders Expensive As Hell

As the free fashion CMS template for FancyCMS that we’ve promised you is not yet completely ready, and our awaited flash cms admin panel is still in development. I’d like to entertain you with some great flash preloaders that I’ve recently discovered.

And yes, in comparison to those preloaders they sell for $3 at FlashScope – they are like twenty times more expensive. Would you spend about 5% of your website budget for just a preloader? How about 10%?

I sure would, if I’d receive as much links and traffic as the guys below.

PS: it is suggested that you have poor connection speed to get the most of this showcase LOL

The index file of my flash CMS template does not open.

We have received some complaints that the index file of the music band flash CMS template is not opening on the local PC.
There’s actually no need to panic, as the solution is quite simple. The error is being caused by the settings of your Adobe Flash Player.

To allow the flash player run our cms template go to Adobe Settings Manager and do the following:

Adobe

Set the radio button to Always Allow mode.
Click on the “Edit Locations…” and add a FULL path to the index page. Which will look like this:
file:///D:/fancycms_084/bin/index.html

Once done, reopen the index file and it will show up fine. Good luck to everybody. And sorry that we did not point it out from the very beginning.

10 Flash Sites that you can’t quit staring at!

While rolling through various showcases for inspiration I’ve found some examples of brilliant flash design that I want to share with you! Those are really eye catchy and some of them got me staring for pretty long.

Now tell me: are you able to do that with HTML5? :)

Fancy CMS Admin Panel Teaser

Yes, the release date of our free flash CMS core is tomorrow.
And No, we are not going to miss it this time!

Here’s a little explanation for those, who have recently joined us:

The product that will be released tomorrow is Fancy CMS free open source core in a package with two free cms templates. The so-called Fancy CMS Core is a flash CMS engine, and it does not have an admin interface for the end users. Thus the product we are about to release is solely for flash developers.

The full version of Fancy CMS with an admin interface will be released later on and will be a shareware.

Now let’s get to the teaser, that the whole post is all about! Here are 2 more screenshots of the outstanding Fancy CMS admin interface:

  • Screenshot #1 represents Site Background window. You have the options to customize the Main Background and add an additional background to the footer. Your custom images can be scaled and positioned on the template.
  • Screenshot #2 shows Main Settings window. You can edit your Site Name, Title, Slogan, Copyright and image logo here. But what’s more important – this is the place, where you define the site structure, by adding Submenus, E-commerce, Search Sitemap and Breadcrumbs.

FancyCMS core released next week!

Firstly I would like to say thank you to everyone who was patiently waiting, while we were breaking all the assigned deadlines :)
And finally, Fancy Flash CMS open source core is ready and currently passes the QA team!

As we have promised before – the core will be released under a free license for private usage and under commercial license for any profit-oriented needs! Here’s the quick guide into licensing:
