We have uploaded our website at least 5 times, and have no trouble at all. This program really

seemed to be working well.

However, the last time I tried uploading, I received this message:

Upload Error, Check FTP Settings

I went to my FTP files under my hosting account, deleted all of the, and tried it again. To no avail, the same message pops up.

Please Help with This.

I sent the FTP file around 12 p.m.

It's confusing to me how it would upload fine numerous times, and then suddenly claim there is a error?

Did you receive the email?

I fixed the issue; with no help from the support team from Fancy CMS. The communication is pretty bad.

However, the issue , at least for me, was that the index.html was not in the Root Directory within the server.

Check to see if it is the same situation. I found index.html in the Bin Folder, so I just simply clicked it; along with the other files from the bin folder, and moved them to the main root directory.

Hope this Helps

Hey guys. The error like this one may be generated by the application debugger when you provide incorrect ftp data. Please notice, when you upload the template and do not specify target folder there is a chance to uploading the files into Root folder of your server account when you must upload it into /www folder or /public_html folder. The situation is even more complicated if you host several domains name on 1 account. Thus if you are not sure what is your target folder before uploading the files PLEASE CONTACT YOUR WEB HOSTING SERVICE SUPPORT for details.
