get adobe flash CS3, CS4 or CS5.

export the Library of one of the templates *.fla.

edit with CS3, CS4 or CS5 (to get an idea of the structure).

and you got your own template (well its more like customize, but will do the trick)

just export your file to a *.swf file and import back to FancyCMS

note: there are things that you cant delete or change, if you do it will not load! in my case i have done some minor changes in expression template and deleted some content that i didnt use in one site (everything related to gallery and news with comments, i wanted to do a fast loading lightweight template so i removed what i didnt use)
