I have bought one of your multi licence templates and built a site using your fancy cms. However, I can not find how to get the contact form and also comments working. I have posted to this forum with no reply back. Also I have sent email directly to you with a reply saying post issues to this forum!!! I regret that I have wasted more than $100 on this template! Your product is full of bugs and there is no support for it. You have to be better than this! Sorry

Hi and thanks for the message. The problem may be in your web server. Please submit a ticket to support.template-guide.com with your server ftp details and detailed description of the problem.

Hi there..

firstly, i need express my happyness with this excellent tool that you made!!..
nice Job, and i guess that these little problems can be fixed easy

I bought a template, for $42,00 and i can make all modifications that i need, but for the second time i had problems with the Fancy CMS.. and i have to make all modifications again..

Every time, i make a modification, i do the following  steps:
1º Make a Change
2º upload only changes
3º save the project

.. but the problem is..when i finish , and need open again the same project, in my cms browser dont be complete.. they're stop in 57% last step – content loading.. and i cant see nothing in CMS.. but i can make the changes and uploads,
What i must do it to this work again in CMS, because this way every time i need make a change i need make "upload only change" and after see in my web Browser

I need fix this problem with my CMS Browser, please help me to fix this problem. i still waiting

I would have liked to start a new post, but the forum does not have an option to do that, so I am posting by replying to this thread. The subject line does describe how I feel.

 

I bought template 3079 and needed some customiztions, for which I am willing to pay. There are also some problems with the template which I am sure are bugs and would like these fixed without charge. I have tried to contact the staff of this site through the contact form and the email address provided, but I have not received any reply.

 

After looking through this forum, it seems to me that the developers have abandoned this project. There has not been any posting from the staff of this site for many months. Many requests by users for help and support have gone unanswered.

 

It is quite disappointing. This product had a lot of potential and I was almost able to build a very nice site with it. Unfortunately a few problems with the template and some customizations I need are preventing me from completing the site.

 

If anyone from the staff of this site is reading this, please reply back to me at osyed at yahoo dot com. Thanks.
