Hi everybody…I'm just a newbie with fancycms ant I'm getting the first problem…I installed the software, inserted the serial number…everything fine….but the main screen remain white with the small banner "Get Adobe Flash player" in top left corner. Flash player is installed and working; I can open flash website on the web without troubles. I'm using Internet explorer 8 and the last upgrade of Adobe Flash player. I tried also Aurora flash site builder and I get the same problem. Any advice?

Please click at banner "Get Adobe Flash player" and follow by steps…. after restart computer. Anyway you can give us screenshot.

I am having the same issue. I ge the Adobe flash download page, and even it I click download, it will take me to the adobe site but wont download anything.

Hi !!!
Please i'm having exactly same problem as descrived above by Leozzito…. and by the way i bought one template (cosmetic) so i'm blocked….
my flash player is working just fine (i'm using flash last updated version CS5), i'm using last version of firefox.
the interface sounds sooooo Great but seeing it working will be just Amazing i guess….
Need some help please !!

Is it possible to download a a stand alone version of the Fancy CMS 1.0.0.16 (not the demo version)
i have tried on a different computer in my home and it is working (windows 7 this time) but… as i'm running with the demo version i cannot use or add the templatei bought ToT;;;;
so one isn't working (have the blank screen flash install screen) and the other one i cannot import my template… feell frustrated about that…
I tried to manually add the template to the demo version (inside the folder of included demo templates) but i get an error.
My second computer… different location in my home has no internet connexion… that's why… i was wondering if i can get a stand alone version for this one…) by the way… looking at it working !! sounds soooooooo good !!
Really, so exciting to start using this…(congratulations for all the team !!)
Does anyone from the team know from what comes from that bug ?? (blank screen flash install thing..) i have updated my .net Framework (4 version) but no improvments T_T
Please, help….

I will appreciate the admin answer… on our little problem cause i feellike i bought and i cannot use…
it doesn't encourage me to buy more…. T-T

even trying to contact the admin in person… no answer yet… !!

otherway… Looks to bad… i'm not gonna buy anymore without a customer support, and not gonna do any positive advertisment for it as well…
Quality of the CMS is here… It sounds like a waste if no one can answer our problem….
Please, pretty please ADMIN, may you have alook at out posts ?

I have the same problem…..
i downloaded the flash player… but still not working :S
I restarted the fancy… my computer… but the problem still exist ![]()
What can I do?????????????

This seems to have been corrected. I had this issue a few days ago but seems to be loading fine now.
